Terms of Service

TeleBotBuilder ("Service") is a web-based platform that allows you to create, manage, and deploy Telegram bots using a visual flow builder interface.

The Service is provided by TeleBotBuilder ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• You must sign in using a valid Google account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• The Free plan includes 1 bot. Pro includes up to 5 bots.
• You must not share your account access with others.

Free Plan: Available to all users with limited features (1 bot, 1 flow, 15 blocks per flow, basic block types). No payment required.

Trial: A 14-day Pro trial is automatically activated when you connect your first bot. No payment and no card are needed for the trial.

Pro Plan: Unlocks all features: up to 5 bots, 20 flows, 100 blocks per flow and 30 AI generations a month. Pro Monthly is $4.99 and Pro Annual is $39.99. Upgrade to Pro from the Upgrade option in the app or on the web dashboard. The price is shown before you confirm a purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Website payments are processed by Whop. To cancel a website subscription, open Settings in your TeleBotBuilder dashboard. Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Android app payments are processed by Google Play. Google Play subscriptions are managed and cancelled in Google Play, and Google Play purchases follow Google Play's refund policy.
• Refunds: a website payment can be refunded within 7 days if the service has not been used since that payment. Read the Refund Policy for the full details.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

If something is wrong with a payment, please contact us first at [email protected]. We answer refund requests quickly, and most problems are solved with one email.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card company without contacting us first may lead to immediate suspension of your account and its bots.

To respond to a dispute, we may share account usage records with the payment processor, such as AI generations, connected bots and activity dates.

You agree to use TeleBotBuilder only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use bots to send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk advertisements
• Create bots that distribute malware, phishing, or harmful content
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or deceive users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use bots for illegal activities under applicable local or international law
• Overload the Service with automated requests or abuse the API block
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission

Bots created with TeleBotBuilder must comply with Telegram's Terms of Service and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your bot, its content and how it is used.

If you use Group Manager, you choose the moderation settings for your groups and you must follow Telegram's terms in them.

You own the flows, messages, and content you create with TeleBotBuilder. We do not claim ownership over your bot configurations or user data.

You are solely responsible for:

• The content your bot sends to Telegram users
• Compliance with Telegram's Terms of Service and Bot API guidelines
• Obtaining necessary consent from users who interact with your bot
• Any external APIs you connect via the API block

Content you upload. You are responsible for images and other content you upload. We may remove uploads reported as illegal or in breach of these terms.

AI Reply block. If you use the AI Reply block, your context, instructions and your bot users' messages are sent to the AI provider you choose, using your own API key. That provider's terms and pricing apply, and you are responsible for your key and its usage.

AI-generated content. Flows generated by the AI Builder are produced automatically and are not reviewed by us. They may contain mistakes, may not do what you intended, and may use a different command than the one you asked for. You are responsible for checking a generated flow before your bot uses it with real people, and you remain responsible for everything your bot sends.

Payments in your bots. If you use Telegram Stars payments, you are the seller. You are responsible for what you sell, delivering it, handling refunds and support (including /paysupport), taxes, and following Telegram's terms. Stars are paid directly to your bot; TeleBotBuilder does not hold or receive them. We may suspend bots that are reported for fraud, scams or other misuse.

You may report a bot or content to [email protected]. We may review content reported to us, remove it, and suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms or the law, without notice and without refund.

When you provide your Telegram bot token, you authorize TeleBotBuilder to:

• Receive and process messages sent to your bot
• Send messages on behalf of your bot
• Access basic information about users who interact with your bot

You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your bot in Settings or regenerating your token via @BotFather.

We strive to keep TeleBotBuilder available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to:

• Server maintenance or updates
• Telegram API outages or rate limits
• Infrastructure issues beyond our control

We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions or bot downtime.

When you disconnect a bot in Settings, all associated data is permanently deleted, including:

• All flows and block configurations
• All contacts and conversation history
• All broadcast history

This action is irreversible. We cannot recover deleted data.

TeleBotBuilder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for messages sent by your bot or user interactions
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute about them will be handled by the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
