Terms of Service

TeleBotBuilder ("Service") is a web-based platform that allows you to create, manage, and deploy Telegram bots using a visual flow builder interface.

The Service is provided by TeleBotBuilder ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• You must sign in using a valid Google account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One bot connection per account at a time.
• You must not share your account access with others.

Free Plan: Available to all users with limited features (1 flow, 15 blocks, basic block types). No payment required.

Trial: A 14-day Pro trial is automatically activated when you connect your first bot. No payment required for the trial.

Pro Plan: ৳500/month (Bangladesh). Payment options:

• bKash / Nagad — send ৳500 to 01881738485 and enter your TrxID at telebotbuilder.com/pay.html to verify.

• Payments are non-refundable once activated.
• Pro plan expires after 30 days and must be renewed manually.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

You agree to use TeleBotBuilder only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use bots to send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk advertisements
• Create bots that distribute malware, phishing, or harmful content
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or deceive users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use bots for illegal activities under applicable local or international law
• Overload the Service with automated requests or abuse the API block
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission

You own the flows, messages, and content you create with TeleBotBuilder. We do not claim ownership over your bot configurations or user data.

You are solely responsible for:

• The content your bot sends to Telegram users
• Compliance with Telegram's Terms of Service and Bot API guidelines
• Obtaining necessary consent from users who interact with your bot
• Any external APIs you connect via the API block

When you provide your Telegram bot token, you authorize TeleBotBuilder to:

• Receive and process messages sent to your bot
• Send messages on behalf of your bot
• Access basic information about users who interact with your bot

You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your bot in Settings or regenerating your token via @BotFather.

We strive to keep TeleBotBuilder available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to:

• Server maintenance or updates
• Telegram API outages or rate limits
• Infrastructure issues beyond our control

We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions or bot downtime.

When you disconnect a bot in Settings, all associated data is permanently deleted, including:

• All flows and block configurations
• All contacts and conversation history
• All broadcast history

This action is irreversible. We cannot recover deleted data.

TeleBotBuilder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for messages sent by your bot or user interactions
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
