1 License Grant
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the TeleBotBuilder Android app and website, for personal or business use, as long as you follow this agreement.
2 Restrictions
You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code of the app, except where the law allows it
- Resell, rent, sublicense or share access to the app or the service
- Abuse the service, for example by sending spam, spreading harmful content or overloading our servers
- Use the app or your bots in a way that breaks Telegram's Terms of Service
3 Your Account and Subscription
Your account, plans, payments, cancellations and refunds follow our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
4 Google Play
If you download the app or buy a subscription through Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply to that download and purchase.
5 Updates
We may update the app and website from time to time to add features, fix problems or improve security. Some updates may be needed to keep using the service.
We may also update this agreement. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
6 Termination
This license ends if you break the Terms of Service or this agreement, or when your account is deleted. When it ends, you must stop using the app.
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
7 Provided "As Is"
The app and website are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them running well, but we cannot promise that they will always be available, free of errors or right for your purpose.
8 Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute about it will be handled by the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
